Summer is over – time to REBOOT!  Hi Everyone!   I have been so busy this summer. With over 20 years in the industry, I am in a place where I know what I expect not only from myself as a professional but also from the brokerage, where I hang my license at. I will be posting a few videos on a couple of questions and I am now in counters with a Seller that does not want to pay for the City required property report. Is there a report required for the city you are buying in?  I will have a list of cities that require an inspection report on that video.
